That panel when Winry is leaning back into the kiss while they both grab each other is HOOOT and super well done. For future improvement, yeah, same suggestion regarding your usage of showing Edward's eyes/hair conflict (doesn't help that his bangs are drawn so WIDE, either) That bottom panel would probably have been improved if Edward's gaze were kept private to the viewer, and also hotter? Like there would be more power in that concealment that only Winry gets to see.
